After 24 Hours:
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as the production process begins. This includes fabric sourcing, cutting, and scheduling with our stitching team. -
Custom Orders:
All customized or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, as materials are purchased specifically for your design. -
Urgent Orders:
No cancellations will be accepted on urgent orders with fast delivery deadlines.
